My name is Carlee and this blog is about tips I find useful and recipes I have tried or created while losing weight using Weight Watchers. I don’t claim that my recipes are gourmet. Just your basic home cooking with a low calorie/low fat slant. I try to mostly use normal every day ingredients. I do use some prepackaged foods and ingredients but that is not my focus.
