This makes a nice light lunch or maybe even a snack.
1 whole wheat tortilla (I look for one that has around 100 calories and at least 4 g of fiber)
1/2 oz of reduced fat cream cheese
1 slice reduced fat American cheese
thinly sliced tomato
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread the cream cheese over 1/2 of the tortilla. Tear the American cheese in half and lay over the cream cheese. Top with the tomato. Fold the tortilla in half. Place in the pan and cook on each side about 2-3 minutes until browned on each side and cheese is melted.
The nutritional info will vary depending on your brand of tortilla, but it will generally run around 200 calories or 3 Weight Watcher points.
